Our network operations team:

• Coordinates and oversees the loading of fee schedule information and provider data, including consultation on facility contract loading, quality assurance and troubleshooting of data
• Coordinates and consults on automatic claim payment methods
• Performs quality control checks

This built-in flexibility gives us the ability to administer all levels of fee schedules and PPO configurations. We also evaluate relationships based on electronic data interchange capabilities, repricing, claim turnaround times and quality control measures.
